Calli was always at the end of the phone and constantly provided me with updates throughout the process. Calli was always on hand to answer any questions, even those she may not have been able to answer immediately.
Calli was extremely helpful, polite and diligent and certainly made my first property purchase easier. I would recommend Calli and Alex Neil to anyone looking to purchase/sell a property.

I dealt with a few different people at Alex Neill through the process and I found Matteo the most helpful - he was involved when the property was under offer.
I’m the initial sale process I found Cali really approachable and she also seemed passionate about my property which I appreciated.
This is my first time to sell a property and Matteo was very helpful in getting thing me sorted when there were any delays - for various reasons!
Matteo kept in touch with all parties involved and he even alerted me to an issue that my solicitors hadn’t told me about, which saved us potential further delays.
He kept a good sense of humour and reassuring demeanour when I was a bit stressed!!

After using 2 estate agents that had to interest in selling my mum's property we found Alex Neil. Calli was absolutely brilliant, she was professional, courteous and extremely helpful and made a very stressful time much easier. I was selling from a distance and Calli went above and beyond helping to sort things out that I couldn't as I was unable to get to the property. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always happy to help and she always did what she said she would do. I have no qualms in recommending Calli and Alex Neil Estate agents.
