I have heard people say how difficult it was for them to secure an apartment in Bristol through an agent and this was one of my worries when house hunting.
My experience with Northwood beat every of my imaginations. From the viewing, to meeting with the landlord and the very lovely and helpful staff, Divine Wilson.
Thank you so much for helping us secure this beautiful apartment. We are so in love with it and grateful for all the help received.

Northwood Bristol is the best Letting Agent I have used in 10 years.
Preparing a property to let and finding a new tenant when you don’t live locally can sometimes throw up extra challenges. Nothing was too much trouble for Hannah who was professional, friendly and empathetic throughout the whole process.
Victoria, the viewing agent met six potential clients and her feedback was professional and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Divine who jumped in her car at short notice to run an unexpected errand for me.
I will always use Northwood Bristol from here on for Tenant Find service and when the time comes I will not hesitate to hand over the reigns of managing the property to them.
Thank you Hannah and all the team for helping me find a great tenant.

I really can't stress how great the folks at Northwood are! Especially Divine, who was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. My girlfriend and I were on a very limited schedule to find a new home and Divine was ON IT. We went to several estate agents on the same day but ultimately it was Northwood and Divine who actually came through immediately which stopped me from having to even look elsewhere because I knew she was looking after us. Once we found a place, she coordinated with the landlord and got us through all the paperwork easily and efficiently. We are so happy with our new place! Thank you Northwood (and Divine!)

I am so glad I chose Northwoods to find me a tenant for my house and to get me up and running.
The moment I spoke to Hannah I knew I was in good hands and that I had found the right company..She was friendly and knowledgable and not in the least 'pushy' (which makes a nice change these days!).
I now have a lovely couple renting my house and it was all done with no hassle. I am a very happy customer!
