You'll only see it at the end.
Until the last day, everything is good, though it is clear they are going for money and nothing else.
- Unexpected and unfair changes in the cost to increase by 150% (ie. hot water). You have to pay the average, just because they say so, despite separate meters are available.
- Communication is fair with some hidden pressure and aggressivity at all times.
- They will charge you for whatever they can.
- Forget about the deposit! You will barely get back a penny for trumped-up reasons.
It is way too expensive for living in the ghetto.

We stayed at New Bedford House this past year and it was a great property, perfect for us and at a good value. Ivan, Fabio and the rest of the team were very accomodating and extremely helpful. Strongly recommend staying at any of the properties provided by Urban Evolution (we've stayed at 3 of them) due to the value and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
