About Anne
I have worked at Conran in the lettings management department since October 2010. My previous experience in banking, accounts and within a small charity have all been varied and allow me the skillset I now use on a regular basis.
When my son was old enough to fend for himself, I wanted to undertake a new excit
ing challenge so decided to come and work for Conran Estates to pursue a more fulfilling career.
I passed my Lettings Management exams within 6 months of starting with the company - not bad for a newbie to Lettings Management!
I thoroughly enjoy continual professional development and so can be found on regular industry training courses held by ARLA. It is amazing how much knowledge is needed with the job and the amount of regular changes in our industry legislation!

I originally met Rob Iommazzo when I had to put my fathers property on the rental market after his admission into a care home. He surveyed the property and advised what work needed doing before it was legal to rent out. Following the completion of the work he found a suitable tenant. After a year the tenant left and as this was the start of Covid lockdown I anticipated a long delay but new tenants were quickly found. Following my fathers death it was decided to sell the property and buyers were quickly found. Rob (and the Conran team) made all relevant arrangements with the tenants and buyers and contracts were exchanged 2 days after the tenants departure. I could not have asked for better service and heartily recommend Rob and the entire team at the Lee branch for all their professional and friendly help

When I told them about it their advice was to spray anti-mould on it (obviously an assumption this was something we would pay for), and asking if we'd knocked on our neighbours in the flat upstairs to ask if they have a leak (definitely not our job), neither of which address the actual problem.

We were left without water for a couple of days as when the pressure was on it spewed water over the floor. When I asked for a rebate on our rent for the days we had to find alternative accommodation due to no water, conran claimed we had never been left without water, essentially calling me a liar, and threatened that if we continue with this claim our landlord will not want to renew our tennancy another year. Of course we left after a year because conran was so impossible to deal with and so unresponsive. They showed to care towards their tenants whatsoever. I could say a lot more, but I hope tells people all they need to know to never buy or rent a property via conran. They are incredibly rude and caused me a lot of stress and upset.
I would urge you never to use their services.

I always found the staff helpful, and the Property Manager kept on top of matters and was quick in responding to queries. This meant I could could get on with living in my home.

I have two properties managed by Conran within Greenwich. My main point of contact are Anne Angus, Georgina Hobbs and Donna Rumbold.
I could not expect a better experience than the service from them. Living abroad, it is not always easy to have properties and tenant to manage. Anne, Georgina and Donna are always extremely helpful and are able to find a solution to everything I or my tenant need.
I am extremely satisfied by the lettings team of Conran. They are super professional.

I have used Conrans for about a year now and they recently helped me re-let the property. Donna was the person who was involved with dealing with the tenant exit and Anne has been my contact since then for day to day matters relating to the new tenant.
Firstly, Donna was very helpful with sorting out any questions and issues that occurred, relating to the cleaning of the property and the check-out. She did a great job with resolving any deposit issues and her communication was good. I felt confident in dealing with her.
Anne has been my contact for the new tenant and has been an absolute star. She knows her job inside out and was quick to come up with solutions to issues as they arose. There were some obstacles at the outset (nothing to do with Conrans) and I felt that Anne was keen to sort them out and make sure it all went smoothly, which it did. From the outset I had great confidence in her ability and everything since then has reinforced this belief. Putting it simply, she gives me the feeling we are on the same side.
Last but not least, Anne is a pleasure to deal with - responsive, professional and provides regular updates. This is very important to me as I am based overseas in a very different time zone. Great service!
