My experience of estate agents has been that they do very little to justify their fees. However that view was significantly changed by a Robin King who sold our property and through whom we bought our new property. They were extremely proactive and supportive throughout the entire process and we have nothing but thanks for all that they did for us and enabling our dream to become our new home

In the first instance Robin King and has staff worked very hard to have their client, our vendor, accept our very reasonable offer and facillitate the sale. Subsequently they consistently sought to update us with every development, as it happened, in a troublesome chain. During the last several weeks when buyers in the chain below us were causing confusion and delay they were in contact with us on a daily basis and sometimes twice a day. They were in constant almost daily contact with each of the estate agents further down the chain as well as with our vendor (their client) and used evey means at their disposal to facillitate progress. In our opinion this was customer service of the highest calibre.

Add in the protracted death of a close family member, three emergency ambulance trips to hospital culminating in my husband having a heart attack and resultant surgery, and you will see that our move was a little more stressful than some. It didn't help that we bought from Mr.Obnoxious and sold to Mr. Picky and Difficult whose buyer was so dreadful that the only people in the chain who would speak to him were Robin King staff.

At times like these, you quickly realise the calibre of the agents you are dealing with. We were helped, guided, supported and cared for throughout the sale period. Every member of staff was eager and willing to help.
Our property brochure was produced to a high standard and we were constantly updated regarding the market situation.
We cannot fault the service we received.
