Bruce went the extra step in helping us with the sale of our flat.
Several obstacles appeared along the way and at all times Bruce ensured open communication between all parties in reaching a successful conclusion to the sale.
He provided us with regular updates and was able to liaise effectively between party solicitors.
We would certainly recommend Bruce to others as his eternal optimism helped us get to the finish line!

Nick has taken the worry out of letting our property. He took the time to understand our needs and has been supportive throughout. He gave us sound advise and helped us to find the right people to carry out works at reasonable prices as well as speedily. He has been thoughtful and reliable and has been so helpful with our requests. He was able to find us the right tenant and has overseen their move into the property and taken care of the smallest detail. He has gone worked hard to ensure both parties are happy.

I started to let my property in Walthamstow with Justin Reynolds about 10 months ago.
I have been letting properties for past 20 years and dealt with a number of agencies in that time, some managed and some let only.
I negotiated a fully managed service and have been looked after initial by Justin Reynolds and now by Hillary Laviniere and quite simply the service form both has been outstanding.
Professional service, cost effective and streets ahead of anyone used previously, service is friendly and super efficient
I cannot recommend your service highly enough, I am a busy individual, using the fully managed service and now seeing that your maintenance fess for third party suppliers are very reasonable compared to other agents is a weight of my mind as other agents have be charging me extortionate amounts for basic maintenance.

Elizabeth Pryce provided such exceptional service. Darren Winter was one of a kind! He even went out of his way to find me not just any tenants, but the right tenants, even on his day off and also when he was not feeling well, he was still working! Irrespective of market conditions, he just kept going. He kept us informed with all information and was communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Darren. His agency services were fantastic and beyond our expectations. He was willing to go that extra mile to complete work to the highest of standards.

Darren Winter is my contact and the service I received from him has been an absolutely exceptional, first class and a personal one. I have been very impressed by Darren, he is very efficient and professional whilst being warm, friendly and extremely helpful at the same time. I have been renting properties for the last 15 years and I can without any doubt, that Elizabeth Pryce have been the best by far.
On the few occasions that I needed to contact them regarding the fantastic flat in which I was living they were quick to resolve the issue and did so without question.
Polite, friendly and approachable, they always made me feel comfortable and as a consequence I stayed in the property for 6 years.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
