I have had the most horrendous two years with Haarts Colchester ( head office) and the Torquay office. so much so that they have lost me a tenant. Communication was poor to the extent that although I was paying for a fully managed service, I had to get involved with contractors and indeed with the tenant. I have not received one inspection report in the last two years - the tenant says they have never even been to the property. They gave a contractor my address who sent me a bill requesting money for a job - the funds were sat in Haarts bank account. I paid for over £700.00 for an airflow system for damp - I now realise I didn't need it but this was down to their bad communication. Going local now!!
I honestly don\'t think they could change my mind as their set up is terrible

Please do not deal with Haart lettings or Spicer Haart. They made errors on my rent collection on two separate occasions and under paid me.
