I've been both a landlord and a vendor with Streets Ahead over the past two years: Lisa Adams was superb in letting out the property within a week of putting it on the market for a very fair rent. The vetting she conducted was top drawer, and I couldn't have asked for better tenants. Stephanie Simpson in their property management department is also particularly strong: Proactive, bright, diligent, and someone who just 'gets' any issue the minute you say it, and takes appropriate action immediately. Personally, I wouldn't do 'fully managed' again, because I've now made enough contacts to resolve most issues quickly, but if you do value this service, Streets Ahead are well worth what they charge. The Purley sales team have been similarly impressive, with the drive of Nick McDonald appearing as key to the results achieved. They secured several very fair offers (which were all in excess of what other local agents felt they could achieve) within 6 days of taking the property to market. The customer care has been excellent so far and I'm really looking forward to exchange and completion - please don't drop the ball on this one, guys! :-) Stefano has also been great at keeping me informed of progress to date and I believe I'm in good hands.

My experience has been that Streets Ahead can deservedly justify charging a slight premium to standard market rates, and it\'s one that I\'d pay again on future sales to work with this team.
