I have been using the Personal Agent for the past three years now as a landlord. They have been nothing far from amazing with their customer service. Even when I had a problem and they weren't managing my property they were there to help. I have since, upon a new tenant moving in this year , am using them to manage the property for me as I have nothing but confidence in the way they handle their business. A great service, with friendly staff, and for me, peace of mind.
What agent could do to change your mind?

I have found The Personal Agent very professional in all their dealings with my mother and myself.
They helped my mother to move into a very comfortable flat and she is so happy there.
We have asked them to act as agents in letting my mother's retirement flat which she owns and this is presently being put into place.
Stacey Morris is a very professional lady and I have confidence in her support and advice throughout the moving of my mother to her new home and the letting of my mother's retirement flat.

I can't reccommend Joe and The Personal Agent enough. I've moved house more times than I can count and each experience has been somewhat of a nightmare when dealing with the letting agents. I think the fees were more than reasonable... Considering I was asked by a \"Internet Estate Agent\" for double the fees!! I am more than pleased with the outcome.

A catalogue of errors and poor communication on the part of The Personal Agent resulted in a complete breakdown in the relationship between them and our buyers and they played a big part in us losing the house we were hoping to purchase.
They were unable to communicate with any sensitivity and when our buyers refused to speak with them any more, we were left having to pick up the pieces and handle the transaction through to completion ourselves.
When we raised the issue with The Personal Agent they refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong.
To anyone considering them I would certainly encourage you to see beyond the smiles and sales patter.
