I had an EPC done, their website stated £39.95 1-5 days totally wrong. Firstly i traveled 40mins to meet first surveyor who cancelled 10mins before appointment. Second surveyor was booked and SAVI tried to charge me a late payment fee for wed at 08.31am it was only monday. When i finally had the EPC done 1 month later you get another fee of £9.95 to download it and it was wrong, it stated no cavity insulation, which it as and i told surveyor. Three attempts at raising a support ticket with no reply apart from update your estate agents details so we can pass your EPC on. DON'T GO NEAR THEM.
What agent could do to change your mind?
just done their job with no hidden fees and in their timescale.

BEWARE !!! Dreadful company, a similar experience to other reviewers. Paid �9.95 on the website and �30 cash to the surveyor when he called to do the EPC. I too made the mistake of dealing with Savi EPC for an EPC review.
I ordered an EPC through savi.co.uk for a total cost of £39.95.
I paid the £9.95 referral / booking fee immediately savi.co.uk with my credit card. I subsequently paid the remaining £30.00 to the assessor.
Savi.co.uk subsequently took another payment of £39.95 from my credit card without my knowledge.
I emailed them twice with a copy of ,my credit card statement showing the 2 payments along with a receipt from the assessor.
I also used their website telling them what had happened and asked someone to call me in order to get a refund.
I telephoned them several times at different times of the day on various days. No replies to any of my messages to date.
Be careful or avoid if possible

I ordered an EPC and paid the £9.95 up front. I heard nothing for three days then sent numerous "Support Tickets" (Savi's version of emails). no response to any of them. Finally five days later I got a call from the surveyor and booked the appointment for the EPC. The surveyor was good and knew hew job. I paid her the £30. However, when I got home I had an email from Low Cost EPC telling me my account was outstanding and I had to pay the £9.95 fee. I sent a copy of my bank statement showing it was paid on another "Support Ticket" still no response from Savi. They told me that £14.95 had been added to my account and If I didn't pay they would charge me £50! Then I noticed that the invoice they had sent me was for a completely different address then mine? Again I told them on a "Support Ticket" still no response! I have not received my EPC or an apology for falsely accusing me of non payment. This company leaves a lot to be desired and I would recommend using a more reputable company for an EPC or any other service they offer.

To my surprise I was invoiced an additional £14.95 late payment charge, the invoice was issued one minute after the appointment time. I tried to contact Savi with no success so paid the £24.90 as I needed the EPC certificate, after paying this I had to pay a further £9.99 to be able to print it. Total cost ended up to be £64.89. Savi EPC is a rip off, if I had done more research the local company that actually did the inspection would have only charged £30. BE CAREFULL DO NOT USE SAVI, check locally.

They took money and disappeared. Subsequently found tons of articles on the net on his practices..
Savi.co.uk is a property portal side owned and run by Chris Whatcott of numerous EPC websites such as epclocal.net, payontheday, epcexpress, Hipserve, firstchoiceepc.com, saviepc.co.uk and many others. You might have the worst experience and lose your money quicker that you ever thought possible.
