BEWARE !!! Total con men - I made an enquiry about an EPC - when they asked for money upfront - I declined their services - but I had given them my mums address for which the EPC was intended - they gave been demanding money ever since - and they didn't do anything apart from answer the phone !!! Dreadful company, a similar experience to other reviewers. Paid �9.95 on the website and �30 cash to the surveyor when he called to do the EPC. I had an EPC done, their website stated £39.95 1-5 days totally wrong. Firstly i traveled 40mins to meet first surveyor who cancelled 10mins before appointment.
