Martin & Co Ashford branch helped us let our 5-bedroom property when we left the UK for abroad. When the tenants left and we then decided to sell, they again helped us find a buyer in a short time. They were pro-active in liaising with everyone concerned- the buyers and the solicitors of each side. We're happy with the services Martin & Co provided us and I would definitely recommend them.
We are members of the property ombudsman scheme. All complaints should be addressed to either the sales manager or lettings manager who will respond within 24 hours with a formal copy of our procedure.
