Complete incompetence on Peter Alan's behalf from branch level (Pontypridd) to Lettings Division in Culverhouse Cross. Neither the Team Leader nor the Finance Department knew when my next rent was due following the end of a tenancy agreement. "Management" fees are a joke - 13% including VAT when I had to constantly chase them and they didn't inspect my property once in 6 and a half months. They were also unprofessional in their dealings with my tenant. I had recommended them to two other landlords - neither of which use Peter Alan any longer either which is also very telling! I have no confidence whatsoever in their ability to perform their responsibilities.
Done their job properly! Inspected the property regularly. Renewed contracts punctually. Known when new contracts and rent was due. Things I took for granted that they would do. Silly me!

This agent is utterly useless. In fact they are the cause of all the problems encountered by the Landlord and Tenant. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
