The whole Hamilton chess team were very open and honest in our dealings with them. They know the local area and market very well and were not pushy at all. There was none of the usual superficial veneer your get from estate agents. They provided some very helpful suggestions and were very warm and professional throughout the buying process. Specifically Rav and Toby went above and beyond their duty to ensure the purchase of the property happened, and have to be commended on not loosing their professionalism when things started to get difficult. I would whole heartedly recommend using these guys as they are not like the usual estate agents you get and are very pragmatic and honest. In relation to this I'd recommend Dezrez mortgage too who are associated with Hamilton chess. Rosy is a real star as an IFA and really understands what her customers needs are. She is always positive and delivers on what she says she will do. Again a really open and honest high performer who I would use again and again for my mortgage needs.

I have rented my house with Hamilton Chess since 2006. They are the most helpful and efficient agents I have ever worked with. My property has not been vacant for more than a few days between tenancies. Hamilton Chess provide a great personal service where nothing is too much trouble. The whole process from viewing the property to making a deposit and moving in was done with the utmost professionalism and highest customer care to meet all the requirements of the customer. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to others. One of the few still privately owned and this is reflected in the service compared to bigger chains. I would have given 5 stars, but for the higher referencing cost. However, 4.5/5 would be my real score if that was possible.

As usual I have received excellent, efficient and personal service from Hamilton Chess. I needed a new oven for my rented property, at short notice and Michael Martin went out of his way to find me the best deal and the best option for fitting to keep my tenant happy and save me money. I am always satisfied by the excellent service at HC, even after 11 years of house rental my property is looked after and kept beautifully and I am always informed of everything required there. We rented from Hamilton Chess for nearly 2 and a half years and they were fantastic from start to finish.
