Fees are high for the level of service. BE will encourage you to use there own conveyancing, insurance and mortgage services. Don't. Much cheaper to arrange your own.

We found the fees particularly expensive in comparison to other agents, however the service was much better. If there was a discount for couples reference checking this would improve value for money.
