I am about to complete on my first house this Friday and could not be any happier with the service i got through Liam Mann at their Eastwood, Notts office!
Liam was recommended to me via a friend as they had just as good experience with him as i have. Right from the start he had a friendly attitude and helped work out what i could afford and what was best as i had a seen a house i really wanted to go for. Things didnt work out on that one but soon after i found the one i finally got.
Liams ability to make the worst situations even slightly better was a massive thing for me, especially because its my first time and i am on my own. Little things go a long way and Liams work ethic and ability made all the difference, from giving me a call over confused emails to responding to me even when he was on annual leave!
Every penny spent with Burchell Edwards is money well spent and i am 100% going to continue dealing with them on my future endeavours. I cannot stress enough how much everyone should use Burchell Edwards and more specifically Liam (where possible) as i cannot fault them one bit!

Fees are high for the level of service. BE will encourage you to use there own conveyancing, insurance and mortgage services. Don't. Much cheaper to arrange your own.

Josh dealt with our move from the first phone call to moving in only 10 days later and he was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I began looking for a house a few weeks ago. We rang Burchell Edwards to book a viewing, which was very easy and helpful. When we came to view the house, Grace answered any questions for us and gave us a detailed look at the pricing we would pay. Grace was very smiley and outgoing, and this made us feel very comfortable whilst viewing the house. As we had another viewing the next day, Grace kept us informed on other prospective tenants, and made us feel involved all the time. We decided to rent this property, and Jasmine took our deposit over the phone which was quick and simple. As we were at the time living away from this branch, we were able to email documents to Burchell Edwards, and Grace and Jasmine both helped us to fill out the forms when needed. Picking up the keys was easy and we were given copies of all documents needed. The whole process has been very easy; regular communication via email and telephone kept us informed and involved; it took a lot of the stress off of us as it felt like we didn't need to do much as first time renters. Thanks fot everything!

We found the fees particularly expensive in comparison to other agents, however the service was much better. If there was a discount for couples reference checking this would improve value for money.

I viewed the property with her and she was great, had a good knowledge of the area also she wanted to make sure that other family members had seen the property before i made a decision. This was my first time moving out and therefore was a big decision. Again she met me a few occasions later and basically let everyone see the property at any time with regards to my family and decision makers. She was helpful when breaking down the prices and costings of the property and explained the stages of the process very well.
