Just want to say thanks to the ithink property team based in Essex. I found them on the net and after paing them £395 they got my property on Rightmove (plus a load of others) and within a week I had 2 viewings and a second viewing a week later and an offer in and accepted. Very easy and great communication with them, I was even able to call on their mobile after hours which I thought was good. My sale is going through and even their solicitors are great. So I am happy. I had nothing but problems from day one with this internet property agent who consistently over-promised and under delivered.
