I viewed a rental property recently with Think. Before we entered, the problems started. I was told that they had 'forgotten' to book the appointment and they hoped this would be OK as the person currently in the property was working night shifts. I queried why there were no appliances supplied with the property - no fridge even - and was told that this was hassle for the landlord and costs too much - they didn't want to spend anything on the property.They knew nothing about the property at all and didn't even bother apologising to the current tenant who was moving out after just 6 months. With agents and landlords like that, who can blame them.

I had nothing but problems from day one with this internet property agent who consistently over-promised and under delivered.
