We had been visiting the Denbigh branch regularly in our search for a suitable property and were delighted when the details of the property we are purchasing were sent to us by e.mail. We arranged to view the next day and put in our offer! Every time we have visited the branch, met with Chelsea and Stacy or spoke to either of them on the phone, they have been extremely approachable and have dealt with us in a friendly yet completely professional manner. We feel we have had excellent service from Chelsea and Stacey and therefore, we would unreservedly recommend Beresford Adams, Denbigh.

I sold my property through Beresford Adams a few weeks ago and Stacey dealt with the sale. The member of the staff I was dealing with at Beresford Adams in Denbigh was always extremely professional and supportive for the entire purchase process.
The agent helped me not only on everything related to the purchase but also answering to any doubt or question I had and facilitated the communication with the solicitor and the sellers of the house. It was my first house and to have somebody answering to my doubts and being there to help basically removed a lot of stress from the purchasing process.

This was my first house purchase and Charli was very helpful right from the start. Even though the process took longer than anticipated and there were some difficulties regarding information being provided by the vendor, I am happy now that I am in!
I would have left an "excellent" score but as I feel that it should have been made clear from the beginning that the occupier was not the seller, and it was essentially this that delayed the purchase I can only give a "good".

During the busy Christmas period, having a young family all staying at my sisters house and awaiting for confirmation on buying a property was VERY stressful and both girls did absolutely everything to sort it out (even when the solicitors were being very rude to them)
