Would definitely NOT recommend under any circumstances Romans. On top of total lack of genuine care for tenants, they are incompetent, unresponsive and show no will at all to actually try and do what you would expect from a proper letting agency. They have simply never gave any support when needed (no proper heating for around 4 months, no proper external lighting just to name a few) and did not care to sort out problems they have been creating as well as not respecting basic law when related to pay back our deposit.

They charge fees that are entirely unnecessary, such as renewal fees. They charge despite the fact that you can print out any documents off the web or even just update the date on existing contracts. For this service they charge £140
