All the team at Beresford Adams - Geraldine, Terri and Peter were faultless. Having had three sales fall through, as no fault of myself or Beresford Adams - the past nine months has been very annoying. During this period Geraldine especially has been very supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble, especially listening to my moans and groans. I would 100% recommend them as they were on the ball all the time and always ready to give sensible advice and guidance. They are especially upbeat and cheerful if things do unfortunately not go to plan. A big big thank you again. :D

They are polite and are enthusiastic and so approachable..nothing is too much trouble and they keep in touch daily.

A good mix of being very professional whilst being welcoming and approachable. The buying and selling of properties has been made easier and less stressful, especially given our complex chain.
Staff have been very informative, respond to enquiries quickly and have been a good conduit for solicitors and helping across all the chain. There is a strong argument that they have been doing some of the solicitors work.
I would recommend Conwy Beresford Adams, right from the start they clearly demonstrated they are good at their job and offer good value for money.
