Chestertons took on finding a tenant at a difficult time in the rental calender. Not only did they find me a couple who offered asking price, but Jessica Sweeney negotiated on my behalf a more suitable move in date. Jessica listened to my request, and with great skill achieved a very satisfactory conclusion. I am again delighted with the service I have received, and would have no hesitation in recommending Chestertons. A job well done and Jessica deserves a lot of credit. Thank you.

They are overpriced on fees (£400-600 average) and their staff is not trained, rude, and frankly lying through their teeth. better professional service and do not ripp off customers with the fees!!!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
