Very unprofessional. Changed the time of the appointment on the day via email and then wouldn't respond. First placed didn't even have an lights, smelled of cigarettes and had the gall to say it had just been decorated. Arrived at the second place for the agent to have the wrong keys. Was told the office was just round the corner and a colleague would be 10mins - it was 50mins! Then after being told on the phone the property was �800pcm it turned out it was �850pcm and told I could try negotiating with the landlord. Then she kept telling me about properties well over my budget (�1100pcm)and ask if I wanted to see them. Also she and her colleague (after droppong of the keys) put me on the spot in the flat - basically wanting me to make a decision right then and there. Upon leaving the person I was with heard them talking about use (rudely).
