Viewed a property with this agent, first of all viewing was double booked and the people that were viewing the house at the same time our agent told us that he was trying to sell their house for them.We received no schedule on the property and never received a home report after asking for both. We did put in an offer for the house but the agent had said, there had been 3 offers on the table but we were not succesfull, we stated that we would up our offer but the agent said we were too late the buyer had accepted the other offer. I have spoken to an advisor and they have stated that there maybe a conflict of interest with this agent. This episode has left a very bad taste in my mouth so I cannot see us using this company in the future.
