This has now happened many times with Remax Kirlcaldy - when you call to arrange a viewing a message is taken and you are offered a date & time however it's not confirmed, someone is meant to phone you back to confirm however many times now that hasn't happened. My daughter also tried to view the same property with the same results. I have experienced this many times over the last few years. Remax are the only estate agent on Rightmoven who don't have floor plans and who have their latest viewing at 8pm and won't let the seller show their own house to buyers. Shocking service in general

May 23, 2018I'm sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience but in order to address this, it would be helpful if we knew which property this was relating too. We try our best to accommodate all viewings however 8pm may have been the latest time suitable with the agent/owner. Floor plans are optional to the owner.
