So pleased with Derri the way she produced the package of description, photos, 3D floorplan and the overall site. We sold within a week of house going onto market. Stress free as she conducted the viewings. Would use Ewe Move agai .

So you have actually drove me to suicide, the flat wasn't ready and needed a weeks work done yet you let me move in and let the work go on around me. Oh and my personal belongings were stolen during that period.
Now you have 2 rent payments from me, one on the 14th Aug and one today and you wont give any of them back to me. Its basic accounting, debit one account and credit the other, but no - my problem, get on with it and Ewemove wont have anything to do with it.
There is only one way out, I'll be in the garage, the door keys I'll leave in the front door, you can ditch, burn, give to charity of whatever all the stuff in the flat. Just please God dont treat anyone else like you've treated me

Really disappointed that the Shrewsbury office would not take on the property management of a flat in Shrewsbury, as their books were full. I hope they are not selective on areas, after my details were put through from head office.

We had an awful horrendous 13 months dealing with Carl of Ewemove Rossendale selling our home. As far as he is concerned, after he gets you a buyer that’s it for him. It’s job done. He finds it an utter inconvenience if you contact him again for updates on your sale, god help you should you need any help progressing your sale after an offers been accepted as he is simply not interested and to be honest he doesn’t have the required skillset to progress the sale anyway as we unfortunately found out after dealing with him when our first two sales fell through. He is a truly awful estate agent who only cares about conducting viewings. After that the sale of your property will go in the direction it goes. Carl acts as an observer and certainly not as a skilled, helpful & caring estate agent. Carl will waffle on to you and try and say all the right things to you on the phone about your sale then in reality after speaking with you, when the phone call ends will do the bare minimum to help and he proved that to us over and over again. Carl is clueless what to do to help should your sale need help after an offer has been accepted and he shouldn’t be allowed to run an estate agent. He is also arrogant and rude. On our third sale (previous two sales with Carl fell through), a full month into the sale we’d heard literally nothing from Carl, no contact from him at all, so myself and my husband simply asked Carl for an update. A full week with passed still no update from Carl so i had to complain to Carl’s head office as he wouldn’t return our calls and wouldn’t provide us with any update. We tried to contact Carl a maximum of once a day during that week. Carl didn’t return any of our calls. A full week later when Carl eventually returned our calls, and only because of our complaint to his head office, Carl then thought it was appropriate to shout and rant down the phone to my husband, his exact words were, ‘I’m fed up of you bugging me every half an hour’. We simply asked Carl Green politely and in a civil manner for an update of our third sale. That’s it. Nothing more. And this is exactly how Carl green dealt with the situation. It’s staggering to say the least. We still haven’t had any apology. The amount of stress and extra expensive Carl caused us is inexcusable. He is completely untrustworthy, incompetent, inept, unprofessional and reluctant to simply help progress sellers sales after he’s got you a buyer. He’s all about viewings. I wouldn’t wish anyone else to have to go through what we did dealing with Carl Green. Never again.

Carl green of ewemove Rossendale is the most unprofessional estate agent we’ve ever had the displeasure of selling a property with. He’s completely uninterested & unwilling to help in the sales process after a buyer has been found. God help you should your sale have any of the usual issues arise during the sales process as Carl green has proven to us during our 3 sales (all on the same house) that he’s completely & woefully uninterested in helping. He’s proven this to us on so many many occasions during the 13 months we had our property for sale with Ewemove, I just wish we’d realised sooner how utterly unprofessional he is and gone elsewhere. He displayed a complete lack of knowledge & showed a complete lack of interest in helping in all the issues that arose from the offer accepted stage to completion. He didn’t even try to hide his lack of interest on our third sale, constantly not returning our phone calls or emails when we reached out for his help that was needed during the sales process. His display of his uninterested uncaring attitude was torture for us as obviously when issues arose with a sale a month or two after the offer has been accepted we turned to our estate agent for help but his help simply wasn’t there and made a situation that simply needed an estate agents professionalism to rectify so bad the sale fell through. Feel free to contact me I’ll be happy to elaborate. Again on our 3rd sale, 4 weeks into the sale we simply asked him for an update of how our buyer was getting on with the purchase as we’d heard nothing from Carl, it took us exactly a week to get him to speak to us and even then he said he can’t give us any update. He did the bear minimum he could to help. Useless, uninterested, uncaring and unhelpful is an understatement. It is at that moment we realised what sort of a person Carl green really was and put an end to having to deal with him and asked to deal with his associate David Morris who within 30 minutes of us speaking with him provided us with a wealth of information about our current sale that instantly relieved the pressure & stress that built dealing with Carl. Do not be fooled as we initially were by his friendly manner. He’s unprofessional to the core and lacks the knowledge to progress a sale after a buyer has been found that you’d expect as standard from an estate agent. Carl’s answer should a sale get into difficulties is to abandon that particular sale and find you another buyer. This is how he ran his business during the 13 months of us dealing with him. He’ll happily do viewings all day long for you, even on a Sunday, but after he gets you a buyer, should your sale run into any problems like ours did, Carl will not be there to help and that is the whole problem.

During the selling process, the real estate agent was willing to deal with the selling of the house content (few items). When the house was finally sold, the money of the items left in the house were not transferred to my account, but the money still on the real estate agent' hands. After weeks, without excuses or reasons, should I consider this a missappropriation?
Additionally, the estate agent let the buyer to enter in the house without prior agreement, meanwhile it was vacant and I was away. This generated a lot of issues with the buyer, after the fixture removal and the buyer claim additional price reduction that I was forced to grant.
The real estate agent was not really good in dealing with the buyer, a lot of communication errors that resulted in my damage.

Sarah Neil (York) is an absolute star! We cannot thank her enough for being such a support and help during our house sale and subsequent move. We found her to be very friendly, down to earth, open and honest at all times. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that the stress of moving was at a minimum. We have very much valued her care and attention at each stage. Her expertise and trustworthiness from day one has been outstanding and we were confident that everything was in hand because of the regular communication we received. We searched for a good estate agent and did our research. Our biggest regret.....We should have just gone straight with Sarah in the first place rather than waste our time with her competitors!! We have and will continue to recommend Ewe move, York to family & friends because there is no one better to sell your house!!!

Date Crawley is very professional in his approach, the pictures he took of my house were excellent. The house sold within 2 weeks. That is why I am only giving this service 4 stars, but for the effort he put in to the sale and the assisted viewings I would recommend Ewemove as a great way to sell your property and would use them again.

Ewemove estate agent was absolutely helpful in the sale of my house in Aberdeen. Mark Allan the ewemove personnel is a very proactive, diligent and competent professional such that I was able to get an offer for my within the deadline date.
