If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my time & money wasted by a vendor who will not sell, I was the 3rd buyer to have been in this situation. I've now pulled out and they've put it back on the market again. The vendor works for the company which I think is a conflict of interest. If I'd been told the truth at the beginning I probably wouldn't have put an offer in but I was told the vendor was suited and keen to move. The first I knew that this wasn't true was when we asked to exchange contracts and were told that the vendor had instructed her solicitor not to move forward.

I have taken over the day to day running of the branch in January 2018 and pride myself in customer service and being straight forward, honest and reliable. We were going to use an online agent because of the high street fees but we were so glad we used King & Chasemore because they were able to steady the ship when we had our property down valued by the surveyor.

Not the cheapest in the area but worth every penny. They see the process through from listing to completion - attention to detail far supersedes other local agents and online competitors.
