We are delighted by the service we have received from King & Chasemore. We viewed a property through the Storrington office and Robert Kelly the branch manager there put us in touch with Bruno Sandilands the manager of the Horley office. We had instructed Tepilo to be our agent and had already paid our upfront fees but we were so impressed by Bruno and Robert and how they worked together seamlessly. We contacted Tepilo and asked for a refund as we were within our 14 day cooling of period. Bruno listed our home very quickly with stunning photos and a very clear accurate floor plan; we opted for their premium marketing pack which gave us premium listings on rightmove and zoopla. Marla and David came to view the property so they knew what they are selling and got on the phone and pro actively sold it to buyers on their mailing list. All the viewings were hosted by Marla and David and we were able to go out while it all took place. Our property went live on the Friday and we had two offers by Saturday one of the full asking price. We have also opted to use King & Chasemore's property lawyers Conveyancing Connect and we visited the office today and Bruno helped us complete the paperwork in the office over a cup of coffee. If only all estate agents were as helpful as this, we came into this move very sceptical about high street agents and up to now we have been very impressed and our opinion has completely changed. Keep up the good work and we will happily recommend you to friends and family.

Not the cheapest in the area but worth every penny. They see the process through from listing to completion - attention to detail far supersedes other local agents and online competitors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my time & money wasted by a vendor who will not sell, I was the 3rd buyer to have been in this situation.
