Deposit vanished over the length of time it took to get anything in motion to be resolved. A previous tenants damage and years of neglect blamed upon ourselves. the worst agency i have ever seen in my life. As a new landlord I used David Daniels as they were local to the property, I have found them to be very profession friendly and helped me along the journey as Landlord.
