The last 6 months have been the best I've had in the last 3 years privately renting, both Louise and Darren dykes have been so helpful and understanding, they ensured that the property I applied for was available and ready by the date and time my tenancy at my last property was at the end. I reviewed Bellwood Lettings online and decided to try them before anyone else, not having previous experience of being a landlord.
From the outset Darren was only too willing to take all the hassle away from myself and managed all necessary alterations and fixes to the property, I had to deal with nothing.
The property was put on the rental market on a Friday and by Sunday after I believe 5 viewings, two prospective suitable clients were found of which one is now renting the property.
Although I knew nothing about the way the process worked Darren acted very professionally and made it hassle free.
I strongly recommend anyone considering letting property to go with Bellwood

Fees appeared to be reasonable and reflective of the going rate. Equally my deposit, which was securely held through the DPS, was returned in full within 48 hours of vacating.

I have until recently rented a property through Bellwood Lettings for almost three years. I was new to the area at the time and had not previously heard of them.
I found Darren to be friendly, swift to respond to queries and most importantly trustworthy. I didn't think twice about giving him permission to let himself into the property to carry out inspections etc. Any repairs were arranged in a timely manner and with minimal disruption.
Bellwood Lettings seem to have the same high standard that I would expect when renting out my property, so although my experience is only as a tenant I would certainly consider using their services as a prospective landlord as well.
I recommended a friend who subsequently let her property through Bellwood Lettings & Darren kindly put a high street store voucher through my door. This was totally unexpected! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bellwood Lettings in future.
