Firstly I just want to say a massive thank you to the Balgores team in Gravesend, second time in 2 years and the strife to deliver the perfect service is ever consistent. I previously used Balgores not 18 months before my mum expressed an interest in selling her home, after learning Balgores were willing to come out of their locality to help sell my mum's home they were the only choice for me. First beating their rivals for value for money, local knowledge and offering an all round supirior service that i my self had experienced I knew I wanted to renew this partnership again. My initial phone call was taken by Connor who like before kept me up to date with the full cycle of the sale from cradle to grave, I was then passed on to Jason who i learned was the son of Andrew who previously sold my flat in less than 48 hours. Andrew a true gentleman who upholds the highest forms of integrity, professionalism and business awareness and full understanding of the customers need, these behaviours and qualities I was to learn all exhibited by his son Jason. They told me what they valued the property at, and made a commitment of what they could deliver. This of course was well in line with the figure we seeked. Right the way through I was kept updated, the service and level of experties far more than what could have been expected. I want to make the clear these guess are not about false senses of security or great first time offers for new customers. Every customer returning or other wise is treated the same and the same consistent high service delivery is evident right the way through the process. I would like to thank Kam also branch director, as always in the back ground progressing the process and and managing my expectations. I could go on and on about the ease of my journey, I would highly recommend these guys if you want a hands of approach where you just sit back and let the true professionals take care of everything the choose Balgores. Guys again your hard work really has paid and I really can not thank you enough. I wish you every success for the future and would be more than happy to work with you all again.
