I could not be happier with the service I have received from Signature for both my purchase and sale. I genuinely feel that I would not have secured my dream house had it not been for the hard work, and insight, of Sarah, Polly and Lucy. Lucy knew she had found my dream home before I had even seen it! Communication was timely, and was carried out via phone or email depending on my availability. Alex was incredibly professional in my sales negotiations, providing reassurance in what can be a very stressful time and ensuring my property was sold to the right buyer at the best price. I was completely confident she was working with my best interests in mind, and looked forward to my updates! The availability of a dedicated member of staff for sales progression has also proved to be a Godsend, and Carol has been fab at keeping me up to date with developments.
