I have rented a property through the Stoke Newington office of Foxtons, and was assigned Ben Parkes as my property manager. Nearing now the end of my lease, I can now attest to the fact that he is professional, responsive, understanding and respectful throughout the year. All my questions were responded to within a couple of hours, he assigned a back-up in case he was away, and suggested a number of workarounds to deal with situations where the landlady was completely indifferent, distant and unresponsive. He actually is there to ensure the tenant is looked after, and his done his done 110 %. This gentleman is a credit to Foxtons, and without him, my lease would have been unbearable given the nature of the landlady.
I find Foxtons agent fees pricey, but my property manager was worth the money.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
