Selling a flat on the Easter Road I felt a need for a company with local knowledge. They pitched the price just right and produced an excellent brochure quickly, which incorporated some of my own observations about the property. They organised group viewings which I did not need to attend and after generating good interest I sold at a good price within short period of time. I felt that the whole process was well organised and competent.
Reasonable given the amount of work undertaken.

Mr. Hill will discuss with you the nature of your complaint before investigating the matter and reporting back to you as soon as possible.
If, however, after investigation by the Client Relations Partner, you are still not satisfied, you are of course at liberty to refer the matter to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EQ (Tel: 0131 528 5111).

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Took 5 and a half hours after the time of the closing date to find out (after I sent an email asking) that I hadn't been successful in making an offer for a house.
