Efficient and professional service. The manager Andrew was full of enthusiasm and we cannot fault the manner in which he dealt with our sale. He achieved a sale at the price we wanted and in the time frame we expected. Communication at all times was excellent and we feel that Andrew went the extra mile to make this such a smooth transaction.
Yes, Cubitt & West's fees are high - but they achieved everything we wanted in a short time and in a professional manner.
