I initially contact the agency to view a rental property that I had seen. Being new to both the area and the rental market I found this company the best that I dealt with in my search to find a unit. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. They have been the only agency that followed up after viewings, any queries or questions were promptly dealt with. Other agencies that I used for viewings always had me chasing them for updates. When I compare the service from the many agencies that I have spoken to over the last 8 weeks in my search this one stands out way above the rest.

Martin and Co. provided the best service we could've expected from our initial enquiry through to our completed sale. The team are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Our sale and purchase were in a chain and came with some additional complications as a result of this. James and the team did their upmost to keep everything moving along where, without them driving things, the process could have been considerably more protracted. The communications we received from James were detailed and helpful - we were given time and support to make the most informed decisions we could.
We cannot thank the team enough for all of their help and support. They are reliable, genuine and are fully invested in supporting their clients.

Recently Martin and Co Aldershot helped sell my mother's house (Lower Farnham Road, Aldershot) after she passed away. We were originally concerned that the house wouldn't sell as it was in somewhat of a state and it was located on a main road opposite car dealerships.
We had some agents over for some evaluations and we eventually opted to go with Martin and Co as the evaluation conversations were concise, accurate and evidence based rather than filled with conjecture as we found with larger agencies such as Bridges. Toby Vowels ran us through everything they offered and property information for similar houses in the area. It was clear that Martin and Co was far more prepared than any other agency.
We honestly didn't expect much interest but we had a large number of viewings in the first week and an offer in 7 calendar days. We were kept up to date constantly about viewings and feedback. They were immensely helpful and informative through the whole process.
The service that Martin and Co Aldershot offer is impeccable and they've constantly exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again myself.

They were always on hand to give solid and comprehensive advice regarding sale prices and the market generally; making themselves available to us for any questions we had and to talk us through the process and the offers we received.
Not only did they manage, in an unpredictable market, to find a buyer that made a brilliant offer on the property but they did so in an extremely quick timescale.
They have been so patient and kind even when we were unsure and looking around at other estate agents.
I am so glad that we made the decision to instruct Martin & Co and I couldn't recommend them more highly. If anyone else (like I was) is shopping around and thinking about instructing other agents in the local area - stop. I can guarantee you will not get a smoother sale and this level of superior service anywhere else.
My review really does not do these guys justice - they have done a truly superb job.

It has taken us a while from selling our property to completing for various reasons but Toby has been extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable from the first time we met him on a viewing, through marketing our property and then through supporting our ongoing purchase. We have been in dealing with Martin and Co few times while searching for a property to buy. The staff had always been professional, helpful, willing and on the top with everything. The level of professionalism, attention to details and focus is very high and I wish we had chosen this agent to deal with the sale of our property.
Toby has proven a very good advocate for the seller as well as for us. Everything has always been communicated promtly and with honesty. I cannot recommend this agency enough. If we will be back on the market, these guys will definitely be my only choice.
