While under full managmemt, James Dean allowed my flat to be trashed by my tenants, property damaged, carpets ruined and padlock out on bedroom without permission. Place was a pigsty and not recognizable from the high stand it was in when tenants first moved in. JD turned a blind eye to all of this with no respect to my property. They even took potential tenants to view my flat in the disgusting state it was. No wonder nobody wanted to rent it out.
Looking at this now, I was conned for their mismanagement and very let down.

May 18, 2018I've arranged an appointment with solicitor to take these people to court. Even though they knew I didn't meet the criteria to pass the referencing on income they still took £350. I was continually lied to by Andrew, I have extensive references for privately renting going back to 2004. Only none of refs were even checked when I was told the landlord accepted me as a tenant on my excellent refs. They changed how much I had to pay on moving in from £2150 to £3000 or somewhere around that figure. I gave them details of who they needed to contact to get the extra money needed but they didn't bother because even though I had paid to take it off the market they were still advertising the property. I intend to go to trading standards, ombudsman and the local councillor to make sure more sanctions get put in place legally on estate agents as they just act like they're God's and there is only one God !!! Even though they knew I have ill health and an on a low income they took my money and broke a law by continuing to advertise the property that's why they kept throwing all different excuses so they could get out of the agreement they obviously found someone else to rent to. A professional at the council said their behaviour was deceitful and unprofessional at the very least and she was gobsmacked at what they did to me and said so why didn't they supply you with amended paperwork reflecting how much more money had to be paid and why. I went without money for 2 weeks when I paid that £350 but I'll happily go without for another 2 weeks to take them to court just out of principle to get them to understand they can't treat people that way. I happily allowed them to keep telling lies to dig a bigger hole to bury themselves in. As I was given different reasons from Andrew and the manager Tom. Whoever owns this company should sack these two if not both Andrew at the very least because he doesn't know how to do his job and bare face lies all the time.

Without doubt the worse estate agents in the whole area. Never use them. Corruption in Reigate branch in regards to sales. When sale is already to go thru they decide to pull the plug.
