Would definitely use Squires again. We sold our property through Squires and we are also letting a property through them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Having experienced all of the agents in the NW7 area, I can say without hesitation that Squires is the best and most efficient agency to work with. Ed and his staff worked tirelessly to sell our flat, with a seamless link to their Hendon and Finchley offices too. With weekly updates (daily and hourly towards the end of the process) I always felt I was in safe hands. Living locally, I sometimes went to the office and was always welcomed with a smile. They have the best knowledge of the property market and the area and I would encourage any prospects to use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the professional, polite and efficient attitude of the staff at Squires Estates. Within 2 days of contacting them, they managed to rent my property at the full rental value requested. Day 1: They collected the keys, sent out the contract and had the property on the market and by the next day they had tenants ready to sign the agreement. They have continued to go above and beyond for any requests and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
