During my recent purchase of a property (fraught with complications due to the previous owners' flouting of certain rules and regulations of the mansion block in making unauthorised renovations), I can safely say that the entire process was progressed and enhanced for the better thanks to Sai. He was quick to point out complications and offer solutions, and was open and honest in terms of his views of the property. Given the general tendency of real estate agents to effectively border on the fraudulent or negligent in order to rush a sale through, pressuring the participants at every turn, I was pleasantly surprised at Sai's fairness, diplomacy, and his ability to facilitate an otherwise complicated and challenging process (particularly even compared to his peers and superiors at Chestertons K&C). I have recommended him to others and would not hesitate to recommend him again.
