Fees are excessive. I appreciate this is the case for most agents in London but they are excessive and I think they would struggle to justify fees relative to services provided.

After providing Mark a brief criteria over the phone he scheduled viewings for that afternoon and even stayed late for me to attend after finishing work.
Mark had listened attentively and clearly knew his market as all properties I viewed had potential and I made an offer for one on the spot The apartment had just come on the market that afternoon, Mark provided great advice on how to act and worked incredibly quickly to secure the property before i'd even had breakfast the next morning.
Having been in the property a couple months' Marks remained in touch and checked that everything is going okay which highlights his personable approach.
I'd highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for honest and helpful advice in their next search.

He was pretty spot on. We took it straight off the market and were the first to view the property. A month down the line, we're moved in and couldn't be happier.
Mark is a top bloke - friendly, not too salesy, understood what we wanted and post offer was really helpful.

We were very impressed with Franklyn James, in particular Philip Dockerill.
We felt Philip genuinely cared, and that practically he could handle the high stress of certain elements of our move. He managed complicated negotiations, questions and problems throughout the sale with calm, professionalism and proved the depth of his knowledge around all elements of a property sale and the market at the time.
We also found that we could always reach Philip, or if we couldn't he would return the missed call promptly. He maintained regular updates and contact via email and we also found him willing to pick up the phone to manage and discuss difficult scenarios. This seems a simple thing, but is a quality we very much valued and appreciated in him during a stressful time.
We cannot recommend him highly enough if you are looking to buy or sell in the area.

I have been completely thrilled with the service that Mark has provided.
He handled all negotiations with such professionalism and was able to secure a fantastic price in a very uneasy market.
Mark's ability to read people meant that all appropriate leads were followed up and he didn't waste time where it was clear people were not interested. Once the offer was in Mark continued to work tirelessly to ensure both parties were moving forward and remained positive and friendly throughout. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Mark Kimber to anyone who needs to sell a property.
