I had a visit from a lady from peter Alan in Barry She came to my property to do a valuation It was weird behavior while she was here She got out the land registry details that are on right move and said to myself I do not know what you bought the property for Personally did it matter and that is to personal of a question to ask On top of this this lady asked me if I had bought the property at auction and I gave her my reply Again this was a very personal question to ask By phone call she had given me a valuation of what she said it was worth but when she got here the figures altered which again was weird I said I had had knights out and she asked if they had done any photos and I replied I was told the valuation would be posted to me and I still haven't received it What I did get instead was gestapo questions I asked her what the property was like around the corner that was similar to my own but looked smaller She said it had a lot of things in it My place was very clean and tidy to She gave me a rough price of the property but I would like this in paper format as of yet to receive On leaving my property this estate agent lady from peter Allen in Barry left in a white car I went out that day and it was of no surprise that the property around the corner that was for sale with peter Alan was being cleared out of clutter What I want to ask peter Alan estate agents is why are you copying me with the tidiness of my home and mirroring what you have on the market It would not surprise me if the decorating will be the same internally which again would be weird with living off another persons ideas On walking around my property this estate agent commented and said this is a nice carpet I never noticed the sparkles in it She then looked at my new composite door and said to me I bet this was expensive And said I have one of these myself Can I have the valuation please by post but I imagine I will not get it if people are living off my ideas Mirroring what I have said to knights estate agents and Allen and Harris by reviews Estate agents work for me as a customer and the commission can be in its thousands if you sell a property I work with professionals and only that and I would never want any estate agent selling my home who is just using it as a show home with no intention to sell it Keep the personal opinions about other people's properties to yourself and do your jobs which is three words To sell properties I have said enough under present circumstances with estate agents that are clearly unprofessional within Barry
