This is the first time I have ever sold a house. Mark was very nice and sold the house within a week. The sale took longer than expected but I believe this to be down to the solicitors. However, Karen kept me regularly updated on what was going on. Also, she was quick to reply to any queries I raised which was very helpful.

Terrible Lettings Agency - They couldn't care less about the tenants. Won't sort out issues in the flat (boiler, extractor fan, electrics, mould), they didn't even care that the flat had failed the electrical safety check (even after being prompted numerous times), and they try ... Read Full Review

Regular safety checks to meet legal requirements,
I've not had an excessive amount of spot checks,
Some improvements made to the place when damp got really bad

Its very obviously landlord first, tenant last
There are some high up people working in this agency that are trully obnoxious, blunt unhelpful and needlessly arogant.
Absolutely fuming after leaving property 1 spotless to find property 2 with rubbish left and basic utilities not working
~ Generally
I guess like most agencies, they want as much as they can get for as little work as possible, but this lot are blunt and rude also, you get the feeling your dealing with stuck up clowns
Generally not very pleased by level of service the Charles Harding team gives
Renters ... I know, you choose the 'property' not the 'agent' but I would seriously consider this two star rating I give, Charles Harding are not great

Avoid at all costs. They will help landlords to rent out dangerously unsafe properties and will always keep your deposit regardless of whether you have done anything wrong and will dismiss any written proof. They will never reply to you or answer any of your questions and they go against the law when asked for information you are legally entitled to. They also tried to send a landlords 'in law' into the property during lockdown! I have reported them to the council and trading standards. Laura Stockwell 'lettings negotiater' is probably the most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with! The owners should hang their heads in shame!

I contacted Michael to view a property, initially he advised me to contact him a week later if the property is still on the market due to the extent of view bookings he had...
Following this I made contact again and organised a viewing with his colleague, an hour prior to said viewing Michael called to state the property is under offer. I was very keen to purchase the property given personal reasons so I called back after several days to see if the situation had changed, frustratingly the property had no offer and was still accepting viewings, making it very apparent Michael had lied to me for reasons unknown.
At this point Michael was on holiday and I was dealing with his colleague who was more proactive.
I'm a frequent buyer and seller of properties and have never experienced the dishonesty and having an agent give me the run around, to further add I did follow up with an email to both Michael and Mark with no response... its like they dont want to sell houses.
