Beware! Very poor estate agents, I rented a house for 2 year, they have kept all of my security deposit even though the house was returned in perfect condition . I am currently taking legal proceedings.

Aug 23, 2018As we have reiterated and confirmed in your signed Terms and Conditions and MyDeposits declaration, we cannot legally release the holding deposit to any tenant without the landlord giving full authority. Any attempt to do so would breach the agreement you signed between you and the landlord. We look forward to the opportunity of explaining this is due course.

Aug 28, 2018So you have let a LL use vindictive tactics against a tenant ?? . Four months later and still zero pounds returned or an explanation given. No offer of a meeting either . I will soon upload your own moving our report for alll to see and let the public make up there own mind. The moving oit report the property was left in excellent condition . So whats your excuse ?? Please tell all.

Staff were friendly enough but we were sold a poor quality new build, on poor quality land, which still has issues 18 months after moving in.
