When I first walked into the agent I was greeted with a big smile from Sarah Lunn who efficiently took my details and arranged for me to be contacted. Ed Creswick was a true professional and we quickly came to an agreement for them to market our home. This service was expertly backed up by Matt Lewis who did a great job in communicating with everyone, especially during problems with our upper chain. What a great experience. Thank you C J Hole

They did not make clear the details of the chain involved in the sale of my house. At the bottom of the chain there was a problematic property requiring a commercial mortgage which takes longer than an ordonary one. They should have told me why, in all the many times I asked, there was a delay. Basically they should have been more honest in their dealings with me.
