We felt that the recent issues were highlighted to us very quickly . A decision of a plan of action agreed and relevant people contacted to try to resolve the problems. We note that the lines of communication were good, but we prefer that ,when we do send emails with information , some sort of acknowledgement is returned if only to say it has been received. We are happy that the problem was resolved fairly quickly with limited inconvenience to the tenants.

It was like having a personal friend the way she kept me up to date both by phone and email .She even took the time to add her good wishes to the emails sent while I spent time in hospital.
I cannot praise her enough as due to the outcome of her work I received well over �2000.00

When we were looking to purchase a house we became aware of the difference in standards of service that you receive from various estate agents and Bradleys distinguished themselves as by far the best. Didi exemplified this right from the beginning with a genuine interest in finding us the right property and then through all the stages involved when completing on the property. We had regular updates and she was tenacious in making sure the process kept moving. She always answered messages and phone calls promptly and we cannot thank her enough.

I have nothing but good words to say about Didi. She has been so helpful throughout our buying process. it wasn't the most straight forward of situations and Didi listened to all our concerns and fears (which i'm sure she has heard plenty of times but made us feel individual and not just another person at the end of the phone) Didi kept us well informed with updates so I didn't have to keep phoning to find out what was happening. Auction fees are not cheap, and I have nothing to compare Bradleys with. All I can say is that when I add the fees to the final bid price, I still paid a price that our interior designer called 'a steel'.
