On behalf of my wife and I, I would like to extend our thanks to the team at the Chadwell Heath Branch. We wanted to sell our property in order to relocate to another area on retirement. We met James Filtness the Branch Manager at the beginning of our sale who visited us at our home to discuss our requirements. James assured us from the outset that he would have no problem in selling our property and set about the task straight away getting the house onto the market with due speed. We were mostly impressed with the speed in which he got us onto the market and the way in which Douglas Allen very speedily did what they said on the can sold our property at a price that we would like. All of the personnel in the Chadwell Heath branch were extremely helpful. James always came across to us as being helpful and had a very cheerful disposition. Very firm and very fair. Indeed all of his team provided us with help throughout the course of the sale, despite the fact that they were always busy, they always endeavoured to provide us with the help that we needed when we may have felt lost or becalmed during the stressful areas of the sale. We also feel that specific praise must go to the Branch Secretary Sally Degen who always happily provided continuity to us when we really needed it and acted as an anchor when we needed to clear our heads during the difficult periods throughout the sale. I used the Chadwell Heath branch to sell my property. The manager is a complete joker. They are always telling lies and tried bullying me to sell the property to a person who was arraning mortgage and solicitors through them. They never returned the calls.
