Castledene have managed 2 properties for me for some years now and with several changes of staff it sometimes takes a while to establish a good working relationship. I have to say Jo Jones at Bishop Auckland has been a great addition to the team and is very good at keeping me informed and always responds to emails and calls.

I had a viewing booked for a Sunday 9th at 10am, I got there at 9:50 and waited outside the entrance to the building, I waited until 10:10 and still no one showed up, I called the office and had no response as it's closed on a Sunday and I emailed the agent and he sent an automatic response... The management of my properties has recently been taken over by Jodi. I have been very impressed with her response time to queries. They have nothing but awful houses to rent
1960s kitchen in 2018
Had kitchen re done landlord but rent up greedy t**t
Hired the chuckle brothers to do the kitchen
Nice big yard front garden like a postage stamp
Landlord couldn't be bothered to put underlay underneath the carpets...
Mould in the 2 bedrooms nothing ever got done with the estate agents
Even tho I had a child
