What a ride it has been for past two months! Actually very smooth and fun one. From contacting the agency via property match to getting comfy in our new home, we cannot recommend this branch enough. We had a viewing the very next day after getting in touch with Conrad and were shown around by lovely Daisy- she was extremely professional and patiently replied to all our questions (even the silly ones!) Just the day after making an offer we were deep in signing documents and chasing references. Everything was very clear the whole time, guidance from all team members, mainly Sibel was spot on and communication was flowing and actually still is very smoothly. Since 20th December we can call what was a tempting ad our new home. Just in time for holidays. Warm thank you to all members of the team from both of us. S&A

Horrible experience with the lettings team, in specific **.
