Overall great customer services, giving frequent up to date information regarding my flat. Outstanding friendly approach to queries and tone. There was a little confusion at times about who was representing the flat at times but this was overcome quickly.

Very good at booking you in for viewings.
The 2 viewings I had though were not great. When viewing a flat, I expect basic questions to be know, as they are asked when taking on the property:-
1) Ground Rent
2) Service Charge
3) Length of time remaining on lease
3) Council Tax Band
(Even better, would be to list these on Rightmove as part of the description)
Both Charlotte, who was terrible and the other lady didn't know the above; so can only assume it's company policy to send out their agents unprepared.

When Bella took over the property that we are renting, she made sure to introduce herself which we found to be both very professional and a sign of care at the same time.
