I have dealt with a few local agents in the Warrington area. Miller Metcalfe Culcheth outshines them all. Laura has been amazing throughout our property journey. Punctual to appointments (which I've never had from any other agent), quick and helpful responses to queries and, in general, a great work attitude. Our journey was absolutely stress free and we are incredibly greatful for this. A massive thank you to Laura and the rest of the team! Now to unpack, if only this was as easy as the Miller Metcalfe lettings process!

Having had a couple of agents from the area come to value the property, I knew immediately when Katy Jo arrived that I'd be using them for the sale. She was very open and honest and gave me lots of useful advice without it being a hard sell. The house went on the market soon after with them managing all the viewings, but keeping me informed every step of the way.
As I'd gone with their full sales package, once an offer had been accepted, this was then passed over to their solicitor, Prosperity Law who were incredibly help and went above and beyond to get the sale through.
This was my first time selling a house and I definitely picked the right agent!

What can I say! apart from such a huge thank you to Clare Murphy @ Miller Metcalfe, Clare was in fact our sellers estate agent, although I spoke with Clare more than my own estate agent, and any of our solicitors, as she was the only one who I felt was truly willing to help. We didn't have an 'easy move' due to the onward sellers purchase, however, with Clare's daily updates via email and phone, I felt she was the one who kept me in the loop! I doubt I will move again in the future as we've found our 'forever home' but if I ever did, or anyone asked me to recommend anywhere.. I would definitely recommend Miller Metcalfe! 5 Star service! Very impressed! Keep up the good work Guys! :):)
